To make the contents of the Polio Echo Library accessible to our members, these books
and videos are available for loan by mail. A member can borrow one item at a time, on a
first come first served basis. Each item will be loaned for a period of two weeks with a
one week extension if needed. The item will be supplied with return postage and
packaging. A fee of $3.00 is charged to cover the cost of round trip postage. You do not
have to pay for the return postage. Just apply the supplied return postage and drop the
item in the mail.

To borrow a library item, mail the title of the item, your name, address, and phone number
along with a check for $3.00 (payable to Polio Echo) to:
